RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are hiring a Digital Content Specialist, who will be an important member of the Marketing team, working closely with the Sr. Global Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, to ensure that our eCommerce (Salsify) data and content is published accurately and on-time to our various retailer sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Digital Content Specialist:
Digital Content Specialist will manage the retail readiness reports within our eCommerce platform (Salsify) to ensure items are published accurately and on time to each of our retailers
Run weekly reconciliations to make sure the data in Salsify are intact
Perform weekly reviews of each retailer readiness report and identify any missing information
Maintain and manage the master digital asset list, reconciling each week to ensure the information and entries are accurate
Digital Content Specialist will communicate any missing information/data to each cross-functional team and ensure the information is added into Salsify
Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to prioritize the queue for photos, copy and videos
Digital Content Specialist will maintain and cleanup the item assortment within Salsify to ensure it reflects current assortments and delete old entries
Before publishing content to each retailer, review the reports with the account management team responsible for each account
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will maintain and cleanup the item properties within Salsify. Identify and implement new properties to more efficiently organize the data
REQUIREMENTS:
2- 3 years of experience in Excel and running advance formulas
1-2 years of experience in CPG industry
Experience using the Salsify, Syndigo or other PXM software is highly preferred
Experience working with cross functional teams
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and great analytical skills
Familiarity with product syndication and different retailer platforms preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Comfortable running reports and reconciling large amounts of data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fast learner who can understand new information at a fast pace
