Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Enterprise Data Analyst. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity based out of Irvine, CA.
The Enterprise Data Analyst will be responsible for utilizing data visualization and other analytical tools to help drive actionable change within the organization. This role will use their skills to gain a deep and thorough understanding of the data and then intelligently communicate their findings to business leaders at many different levels, enhancing their situational awareness, showing them the stories and insights hidden within their data, and providing them with data-based recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
Capable of balancing multiple projects with the ability to properly delegate and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in SQL and SAS required Python, R, and other statistical and data science programs preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau required.
Ability to manipulate large unstructured and structured datasets to build insightful solutions to complex problems and present the results in visually engaging and intuitive reports and dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management.
Strong skill in project management, communications, multi-tasking, and the ability to work independently.
Sense of responsibility to self, team, and client.
Outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion.
Strong communications and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Support Business leaders with ad-hoc analysis, working directly with them to implement strategies based on results.
Utilize data visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau to effectively communicate performance metrics and insights to individuals at all levels of management.
Become the subject matter expert on the different processes and data within the organization and employ tools such as R and Python to find hidden insights within the data.
Design and deploy response models that predict and explain customer behavior throughout the reverse mortgage pipeline process.
Assist with the forecasting and tracking of monthly company performance vs budget.
Coordinate with reporting teams and IT to operationalize successful forecast and analysis processes.
