Helping clients build, manage, preserve, and transition their financial resources and wealth.The Field Support Governance Manager is responsible for the compliance and supervisory oversight of the registered associates within the largest markets and/or markets with highly complex business mixes in partnership with the market manager. Supports the Market Manager in ensuring firm and regulatory requirements are met. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functioning of the branch offices within the market (e.g., invoices, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements). Recruits, trains and manages Compliance Specialist and other administrative support personnel. Ensures the Compliance Specialist(s) perform all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reviews for all branches within the Market and any findings are reported to the Administration Manager for review and possible escalation. Acts as a liaison contact for Administrative Support Departments (e.g. Human Resources, Finance, etc.) and Home Office initiated projects. Serves as a liaison for other support areas. Explains all policies and procedures to branch employees and ensures adherence to the policies and procedures.As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Required Qualifications:

5+ years of financial services experience

Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, 9/10 and 63 or 7, 9/10 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

FINRA registration including Series 65 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

Ability to process complex transactions and perform extensive research to resolve complex customer issues

Ability to provide leadership to a financial services team

Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry: compliance, risk management, or audit operations

Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.

Registration for FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) must be completed within a 90 or 180-day time period contingent upon number of license(s) needed if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. This will be communicated at time of offer acceptance.

Registration for FINRA Series 99 must be completed within 120 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.

For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required-

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
