To learn more about us, please visit: www.masimo.comJob Summary:The HR Analyst is responsible for maintaining and maximizing the effective use of the HCM system and other HR applications to scale our HR strategy and solutions to expand with our organization. Provides analytical and data support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS and Benefits systems.Duties & Responsibilities:Support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of our Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud System

Audit HR workflows to ensure data integrity and identify/document areas for process improvementManage interfaces between Oracle Cloud and other systemsRun regularly scheduled reports and generate custom BI reports as requestedMaintain dashboard of HR metrics such as hiring and attrition, recruiting and employee engagementCollaborate with IT/IS and HR in supporting the company’s technology roadmap, including system enhancements & version upgradesContinuously interact with Oracle HCM and ORC community to ensure awareness of future enhancementsParticipate in system planning and implementation of HR initiatives, including merit and bonus cycles, benefits open enrollment and compliance reportingAssist with Compensation and Benefits reporting and reconciliationSupport other system related projects as neededMinimum Qualifications:3+ years of HR Analysis experience, preferably in a high technology environment

Functional knowledge of HCM systems integrations and process improvement.Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHigh level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to manage confidential employee dataAbility to organize, set priorities and exercise sound independent judgment within areas of responsibilityMust be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environmentPreferred Qualifications:Oracle Cloud experience highly desiredExperience with reporting and analytics (database query) preferredEducation:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems, business administration, human resources or other related field.

Physical requirements/Work EnvironmentThis position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required. The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
