Stefanini Group is looking for Material Handler - Irvine, CA Mrg seeking basic skills below:Mechanically inclinedMechanical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, types of skill sets Shift times:Shifts are 12 hours.6am - 6:00pm 6pm-6:00am Position Summary: The Production Associate supports the Filling Department by performing catching, vial washing and dehydrogenation operations Essential Duties & Responsibilities:? Performs medium to heavy material handling functions within the department, moving pallets of vials and supplies within the department as required using hand or power equipment. 10%? Performs set-up and operation of vial washers and the catching lines which includes adjustment of rails and set-up and operation of the Video Jet machines. 25%? Monitors depyrogenation tunnels to ensure all processing parameters are correct 10%? Completes batch record documentation for vial washer and depyrogenation tunnel. 10%? Performs cleaning and sanitization of ISO Class 7-8 rooms and equipment as defined in the facility / equipment cleaning / sanitization procedure including but not limited to documentation, room restorations, and corrective action responses. 10%? Performs vial washer changeovers and any mechanical adjustments and minor repairs as required 10%? Loads and unloads sterilization trucks and bulk boxes with product for further processing. Provide care and attention in the handling and moving of materials and in checking and verifying product identification numbers. 25%? Operates hand or power equipment to move materials throughout the department. Awareness of machinery and nearby personnel to avoid injury when moving components throughout the department. Always? Follows GMP guidelines, safety procedures, and SOPs. Always? Works in other areas as needed. As Required
Position Requirements: Education Required: High school education or equivalent experience.Experience Required: Good communication skills, including the ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English. Good previous work history with good attendance.Manual dexterity.Ability to perform simple arithmetic and be able to use a calculator. Experience Preferred: Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred.
