The E Commerce Facilitator ensures that the online store is visually appealing, easy to navigate and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content. He/she works closely with the Store Director on the look and feel of the site and communicates with the senior buyer on product selection, promotions and price changes.
This position is hourly, about 15 hours per week.Work hours are flexible, with some in hours in the bookstore and some at home hours.Other responsibilities include:
Manage Products; including product maintenance and creation, copywriting, edits and photo coordination on Shopify.
Collect and add seasonal photo images to the site to keep it updated and relevant.
Create banners and campaigns to highlight special events, products, sales campaigns and seasonal promotions
Maintain a consistent look throughout the website including photos and copy.
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies, such as boxes, labels, tap, bubble wrap, tape guns.
Create an excellent customer “open the box” experience.
Manage and maintain physical website inventory in stockroom
