Job Title: Senior Desktop Support
Location: Irvine, CA
Are you passionate about technology? Are you a team player, enjoy helping others, and are committed to personal growth? We are looking for someone skilled to fill our Senior Desktop Support role. This is a contract-to-hire position (W-2 employee).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides desktop support to the company and the clients
  • Responsible for various customer projects
  • Provides advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for desktop applications
  • Supporting executives as defined
  • Logs technical support incidents and requests into the ticket management system from in-person, emails, phone calls, and voicemail systems
  • Assists with system maintenance and with resolving technical problems on servers and other network support equipment
  • Creates an escalation path for the Desktop Technicians
  • Maintaining the customer relationship and communication tied to project-related activities
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Associates Degree in a related field is preferred)
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure
  • Skilled using Active Directory
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT with at least 5 years of experience in Desktop Support required
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Has the ability to learn and continue learning new systems and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team as needed and follow-up on the successful completion of the assigned task
