Duties:

  • Perform more complex HR administrative duties: including Workday data entry, Workday coaching for managers/employees, create adhoc/custom/routine Workday reports to support client groups/HR Business Partner team, perform analysis and identify findings for Manager review, collect data to support required HR metrics and dashboards, and assist HR Business Partner team with slide preparation/development and project coordinator for client groups/business presentations and HR for projects including salary planning, talent development reviews, and employee surveys. (This may include data reconciliation, analysis, graphics, org charts in Visio/Workday.) Process employment actions (ie: terminations) and may conduct exit interviews for client groups. (60%)
  • Perform general administrative support to open tickets in Service Now, coordination of travel logistics, planning/setting up meetings, retrieving electronic personnel files and/or other employment/training records, complete expense reports and calendar management for Sr Director/Director, and manage EDD claims and work with vendors to reconcile all claims. (25%)
  • Work with HR Business Partner team to support talent initiatives in for the client groups. This may include developing slide decks to show progress in programs, communications to employees and leaders, monitoring and responding to the Talent Development mailbox, monitor and track program attendance, partnering closely to coordinate with outside vendors and internal experts (Learning and Development) who develop and facilitate programs, etc. (10%)
  • Respond to inquiries and escalate non-routine issues to appropriate team members and other duties as assigned.(5%)

This role will be partially onsite and partially remote. Candidates need to be near location.

Skills:Required Skills:
  • Extremely savvy in Workday- should be able to answer ALL questions from hiring managers and leaders about all aspects of workday over the phone/teams
  • Excellent computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite, including intermediate excel experience (downloading data from workday and manually manipulate the data such as pivot tables)
  • Strong attention to detail- 100% data accuracy
  • Working with multiple HR Business Partners- should be able effectively communicate and work with various levels in an organization
  • Project coordination with the learning and development team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
  • Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to Human Resources administration
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fact paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

Education:Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred in Business Administration or related field Or Associate's Degree or equivalent in or related field, 6 years years experience of related experience required Or H.S. Diploma or equivalent 8 years years experience of related experience required
