Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of Agency IT recruiting experience. Sourcing
Search for candidates for various job requisitions using the following, but not limited to:
Internet search (Dice, Indeed)
Screening incoming resumes for relevant skills Phone Calls
Call prospective candidates to screen for availability and relevant skill set
Recruit, screen, interview and present candidates
Scheduling and follow-up of interviews with client
Negotiation of rate and/or salary with the candidate and client
REQUIREMENTS
2-3yrs Technical Recruiting background
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to remain organized and prioritize work accordingly
Excellent knowledge of different Visa's and how they relate to employment
