This job will have the following responsibilities:
Ability to analyze a lot of information from multiple sources effectively
Ability to operate with high degree of uncertainty and gaps in information
Ability to communicate with Business team members as well as Executives effectively to understand the business need and business context as well as explain the reference model and the migration path concepts to get buy in
Ability to communicate with technical teams working on different technologies and located in different geographies
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define and provision necessary and properly sized hardware components for highly available, scalable and recoverable solutions
Ability to influence decision makers from different backgrounds on the value of the reference model, standardization, and other architectural decisions, and drive compliance with established standards across the organization
Work with Informational Security team to ensure compliance with security standards and policies

Demonstrated experience in creating and working with complex technical architecture and multiple technologies;
Work on architecture frameworks to support highly complex organizations where multiple business areas, geographic areas and systems footprint with multiple technologies;
Has deep conceptual and technological understanding of contemporary architecture concepts, industry trends and best practices, and is able to leverage this knowledge to assess the organization needs and advice on the right solutions to business problems and to address business opportunities
3-5 years' experience working as an Enterprise Architect, preferably in different industries and different geographies
Solid understanding of architectural considerations, such as security, performance, scalability, reliability etc.
Hands on developing prototypes and proof of concepts.
Experienced in developing technical roadmap and multi-year plan aligning with business strategy.
Evaluate technology product, vendor strategies and customer experience.
Perform end to end technical assessments on systems involving multiple technologies.
Serve as technical advisor to senior business management on business and information integration strategies.
Locate ways to reduce costs in IT and business leaders Management Skills
Coordinate with other Business & IT Executives and team members, in multiple geographies;
Work collaboratively within a team of other architects and engineers;
Be able to define, adhere to and influence upon others, proven standards and best practices;
Actively communicate regular status to the appropriate parties; proactively identify and communicate issues, risks and opportunities and work on mitigation options
Synthesize complex or diverse information;
Gather data, analyze and present it adapting to the audience - Business team members, Business Executives, IT Executives, Development teams, etc.;
Use intuition and experience to complement data;
Problem solving - Demonstrated ability to think outside the box to come up with innovative/creative solutions;
Adept at interpreting complex problems and designing practical solutions
Demonstrate ability to simplify complexity;
Ability to think objectively.
