If you are a Principal ATE Engineer with experience, please read on! We are a fabless semiconductor company specializing in the design of mixed-signal semiconductor solutions. Our multi-disciplinary team develops custom solutions with analog/mixed-signal RF and Power Management IPs, delivering complete solutions in wireless and USB power delivery, sensing systems and connectivity.
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor or Master degree (preferred) in electrical engineering
5 years ATE experience with Advantest 93k system.
Good knowledge in electronic circuit design and measurement
Good knowledge in mixed-signal, RF, or Power Management
General Programming skills (e.g. C, C, Perl, Java, python)
Fluent in English
