AIX, Linux, Win2K8 – Win2K12 R2
Server Hardware
DELL, HP & IBM servers (Tower, Rack and Blade servers)
Virtualization technologies
Microsoft Hyper-V, vMware vSphere with Operations Management
Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscalar, Director and other Citrix tools.
Storage
IBM, Pure storage, NetApp
Powershell v3-v5, Microsoft System Center suite
Patch and Vulnerability Management
Server monitoring tools: SolarWinds, Nagios etc.
Backup tools: TSM, NetBackup, BackupExec, etc.
Good to have experience in managing Network, AS400 and other Mainframe technologies
Expert knowledge in developing ROM, POC, HLD, LLD & BOM for a given project requirement.
Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
Expert knowledge of Server hardware & operating systems.
Good understanding of Storage, Backup & Networking Concepts.
Need to be able to manage high severity incident & critical \ complex change tickets.
Innovation for man hour reduction. Expert in scripting and automation.
Disaster recovery planning and execution.
Providing capacity planning inputs.
Expert knowledge in doing assessment of server infrastructure and identify risks and areas to optimize.
Expert knowledge in cross platform integration of tools and technologies with Wintel infrastructure.

Expert production support exposure and experience.
Knowledge of Project Management and Operations Management
Expert communication, troubleshooting and analytical skill.
Good exposure to ticketing tools and understanding of Quality & ITIL process.
Knowledge management & Escalation management for the team.
Work on service improvement plans. Implementation of new / revised process for escalation reduction.
Creating best practice documents, known error records, knowledgebase articles
Work with process consultant and define standard process & standard for server build and run operations.
