IndraSoft, Inc. is seeking a full time, highly qualified Systems Administrator I to join our dynamic team supporting the 30 CPTS Information Systems program at Vandenberg AFB, California. The 30 CPTS Systems Administrator I candidate will be responsible for administering and managing system hardware and software operational in an ORACLE relational database, and also administrating software operated in a MS Windows Server environment. Additionally, the position will support program Information Assurance/Security tasks.
The System Administrator I will be a highly motivated individual who works well as part of multi-disciplinary team. Candidate requires experience and expertise in financial systems, Oracle database administration, and Oracle data manipulation using SQL. Candidate must possess strong customer service skills, and will assist users in workstation and application support. Candidate must have knowledge of Windows server administration. Candidate must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Systems used include Job Order Accounting System (JOCAS), Government Accounting and Finance System (GAFS), and the Comptroller s Financial Information System (CFIS). Candidate will assist with payroll processing, billing, and other data processing activities.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor s degree Possess or acquire an IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP). 3+ years experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL scripting. 3+ recent years of experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations. 3+ years experience with Windows Server platforms. 2+ years of virtualized server infrastructure experience Strong ability to interact with customers. Strong communication & process document skills. Excellent communication, business analytical, and problem-solving / troubleshooting skills Effective Customer Service and time-management skills / capabilities; including a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (internally) and/or externally Strong English language skills (both written and verbal) Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends when necessary Must be a Must be able to obtain a Secret-Level clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance
Qualifications Preferred: 3+ Years of experience working with a DoD Government Entity. Experience with USAF Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS) Experience with Government Accounting and Finance System (GAFS) Cost accounting or financial IT background Relevant Security Certifications DoD FM Body of Knowledge certificate Experience with patching and implementing Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) Experience implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) Familiarity with performing STIGs and writing POA&Ms Familiarity with the NIST DIACAP and RMF Frameworks Familiarity with network devices
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Work in coordination with and as back up to the Lead Systems Administrator to manage servers and applications Assist with monthly billing and bi-weekly payroll Assist in the training of organization personnel as needed Assist with 30 CPTS database management in an Oracle environment. Assist with database validation, running SQL scripts/processes to assist with data integrity, system security, and data management Manage and process 30 CPTS user access requests and user accounts Review event logs to identify issues and notify personnel Monitor server performance and utilize approved procedures to maximize system performance Monitor servers to ensure the security of the system from unauthorized users. Identify and apply STIGs and patches to the servers, database, and middleware. Manage the security registration and support accreditation of the server in order to operate on DOD networks Import records from external database applications including CRIS Review 30 CPTS inactivity report and notify users Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Physical Demands: While performing duties of the job, incumbent will be exposed to Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. This position requires incumbent to have the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
