This team works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with engineering, migration, and operations & sustainment of cloud migration efforts. Enterprise Common Tools and specific Army program customer migration efforts provide a range of day-to-day challenges, while the bigger picture architecture and migration efforts provide tangible milestones that the team pursues together following AGILE practices, to deliver the overall program effort. We’re looking for self-starter Leads and technical engineers, to work both as part of the team and on individual assignments, in an environment of customer mission delivery, integrity and communications. We’re looking to fill this role/team with those who currently have the cloud experience, certifications, and skills to execute in large enterprise environments, are flexible and enjoy tackling challenges, and desire to join a large team that is building and sustaining a large multi-tenant cloud platform/enterprise and migrating/expanding/automating the enterprise. Will provide admin access (create, modify and delete) cloud accounts, users, subscriptions, services, and complete password resets while keeping all Cloud account activities within a centralized location.
Translates approved reference architectures and patterns for cloud-optimized and cloud-native products into compliant reusable IaC blueprints.
Provide Cloud Platform Operations in AWS
Collaborates with DevOps Engineers to deliver and manage a DevSecOps pipeline and toolchain
Operate cloud endpoints.
Leads and directs cloud provisioning automation work and collaborates with cloud automation developers
Troubleshoot technical issues with customer
Provide solutions to resolve issues.
Review Standard Operating Procedure documents.
Required qualifications:BA/BS and 7+ years of experience. (Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area is preferred)
DoD 8570 Security+ CE, or equivalent IAM Level-I/IAT Level-II – Required
One AWS Associate-Level Certification
Experience with NIST 800-53 and supporting ATO process
Experience with DISA STIGS and endpoint hardening
Experience with OS Image management (AMIs)
Cloud migration experience
Linux enterprise experience
Experience with cloud automation and provisioning using Terraform or Cloudformation
Configuration State management automation with Ansible, Saltstack, Puppet or other
Cloud Security Posture Management experience with AWS Config or other 3rd party solution that detects cloud configuration guardrail adherence
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and requirements

Ability to adapt to change and maintain composure under stressful conditions.
Excellent customer service skills, communications skills, reading comprehension, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees

Windows experience and certifications
Experience with cloud financial management services (FinOps) to optimize infrastructure utilization and spend
