Summary:
Well-established organization requires a HR Business Systems Analyst with significant recent experience planning, configuring, testing and documenting production support, new development, customizations, upgrades and consolidation for PeopleSoft HCM; support the preparation and cost estimates for proposed customizations, upgrades, and other project activities; conduct and coordinate testing efforts. The Business Systems Analyst will also undertake special projects. The HR Business Systems Analyst requires proactive initiative to resolve the most complex HCM application issues in support/development areas that include training, documentation, configuration, testing, implementation, system analysis, planning, design, development and support of the HR application related to Time and LaborRequirements:
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent experience.
At least 3 years recent BSA working on PeopleSoft Time and Labor
HR functional experience working with the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications
Higher education or public sector experience preferred
Must be able to provide examples of Time and Labor complex rules configuration
