Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in operating in a general officer command which includes supervising and directing subordinate senior leaders on daily operations; managing the development of strategic plans and programs required for programming and budgeting, force management, training and logistics, and experience resolving workforce complaints, grievances or disciplinary actions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
