A well-established Manufacturer/Distributor of consumer electronics located in the South Bay/Torrance area is looking for a full time Accounts Receivable Analyst primarily assigned to handle customer accounts. This position will have daily direct contact with customers and Senior Management, and is expected to demonstrate professionalism and due diligence in managing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for managing assigned customer accounts including set up, posting Accounts Receivable transactions, researching charge backs and disputes, collection calls.
- Coordinate internally with various departments any customer account changes required, customer requests and other related tasks.
- Work with the Accounting Manager to assist in various Accounting/Operations projects
- Prepare various reports approved by the Management for distribution within the Company as well as customer requests.
- Perform other operations related duties as requested
Necessary Skills / Education:
At least 3 years Accounts Receivable or related experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook etc
Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and routinely meet deadlines
Ability to take initiative, resolve problems with customers in a diplomatic and professional manner
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills a MUST
Willing to cross train in other accounting areas
Knowledge of MAS100 ERP system a plus
