Multi-entity organization based out of Los Angeles is currently seeking an Administrative Bookkeeper who will be responsible for assisting with administrative and clerical duties as needed, which include mailing, faxing, scanning, and copying documents; making phone calls, emailing and filing. This position will also code and review invoices, enter and pay bills, process payroll, workers compensation reporting, check runs, bank and credit card reconciliations as necessary. Must have the ability to multi-task, and work well under minimal supervision. Must be proficient in MS Office, with strong emphasis on Excel. Peachtree experience is a PLUS.
