Our Bookkeeper is responsible for the full scope of bookkeeping services for a variety of industries and will know how to reconcile accounts (e.g. payroll), prepare SOIs, W2s, 1099s, property & sales tax returns, and city business licenses. This is a fast-moving position that requires excellent organizational skills in order to properly prepare financials, record necessary journal entries, and reconcile appropriate accounts. In addition, there is heavy client interaction that requires great communication skills and follow-up.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Detail oriented, with high productivity; experience with multiple corresponding deadlines
Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Motivated self-starter, ability to see projects through to completion
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
