IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR EXPERIENCED FULL-TIME INCOME TAX-PREPARERS.
We are a busy CPA Tax and Business Consulting practice located in Cypress, CA that specializes in Tax Returns and bookkeeping.
DUTIES:
-Prepare corporate, personal, and other type of income tax returns
-Prepare sales taxes
-IRS Audit Support
- Manage correspondence with IRS/State taxing authorities
-Manage Quick books for multiple companies, AP, AR
-Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals
-Advise clients regarding tax laws
-Assist the office CPA and Enrolled Agents with whatever they may need help with
REQUIREMENTS:
-Clearly read, write, and communicate in English
-General Accounting knowledge
-At least two years of Tax preparation and Bookkeeping experience
-Meticulous accuracy toward work and management of deadline-oriented projects
-Licensed EA, or a CTEC is preferred, but not required
- A great positive attitude and friendly personality
-Extremely reliable and dependable
