An established company, providing supplies in the medical field, is looking for a full charge bookkeeper.

Possibly assisting the CFO in the future, depending on skills.
(The company has been in existence for decades, and we plan on being around for decades ahead.)
A/P and vendors' correspondence, some A/R, payroll, HR, daily reporting, filing, bank runs, reconciliation, routine legal requirements (excluding year-end tax preps) and more.
Knowledge of Quickbooks Online is preferred. Knowledge of Quickbooks - a must!
Being organized and able to maintain the area in good order is a must.
Location near San Fernando Rd - not far from the 2 Fwy.
Preferred: someone who lives within easy access to the location, traffic is a factor you want to consider.
Note: We are not looking to train a bookkeeper, we want someone who knows accounting and has some hands-on experience with most aspects of accounting. Accrual accounting is part of the job.
