Immediately opening for a full-time qualified accountant for local CPA firm in San Gabriel area.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
Requirement of the Position:
-BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Minimum two (2) years of experience in accounting
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, peachtree software
-Ability to prioritize assignment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
-Ability to handle multiple tasks, multiple clients independently and good communication skills
Duties, Responsibilities and Essential Functions include but not limited to:
1: Prepare clients bookkeeping
2: Prepare clients band reconciliation
3: Prepare clients financial statements/consolidated financial statements
4: Prepare clients multi-States sales tax return
5: Prepare Form 1099 and 571-L
6: Prepare Clients Payroll and payroll tax deposit to Fed and State
7: Prepare clients quarterly payroll tax return and year end information return
8: Generate financial statements for all clients
9: Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the firm
