Family Real-Estate Investment and Property Management Company located in Hollywood seeking a full time candidate to assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks related to rental property management.
Position Responsibilities:
Assistance with residential Real Estate Investment issues
Data and incoming check entry into Appfolio Property Management Software and reconciliations
Process all invoices and bills in Appfolio Property Management software and Bank Reconciliation
Maintaining paperless office system (scanning checks and bills into computer server)
Process all checks to be paid
Process accounts payable
Drafting 3 Day Notices to Pay or Quit and Late Notices to Residential Tenants
Correspondence with Property Managers regarding resident balances etc
Assistance with Residential Property Management issues and city agencies
Organize and file all documents
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years experience with Quickbooks
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to effectively work on multiple assignments.
Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with our Property Management Software Appfolio would be a plus.
Position is available immediately. This is a full time position at five days per week. Compensation is starting at $25 per hour.
