A large prominent real estate developer and investment company seeks a Senior Accountant.
Duties:
- General Ledger maintenance to ensure revenue and cost allocation
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Prepare financial statements
- Cash distributions to partners
- Analyze Balance Sheet Accounts
- Prepare detailed reconciliations
- Due dilligence on acquisitions, dispositions and property secured debt financing
- Recoverable revenues
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns
- Percentage rent revenue accruals
- Prepare and analyze income statement and balance sheet fluctuation schedules for audits
Salary: 85k to 95k annually + m/d/v benefits
