We are actively seeking an engaging and outgoing Office/Event Coordinator to join our dynamic and upbeat Torrance office.

As the Office/Event Coordinator, you will support the fast-moving operations of our high-energy office.
You will act as the first point of contact to our event attendees as well as serve as a trusted resource and hub of information for internal staff and management.
Your proactive, "can do" attitude; keen sense of organization; and warm and engaging communication skills will be key to your success.
You must have/can:
Polished phone skills; well-spoken
Expert time management and multitasking skills; ability to manage competing priorities
Deliver highly skilled administrative support that extends beyond data entry/"clock pushing"
Works well under pressure and consistently achieves required deadlines
Comfortable with and adaptable to change
Work proactively, independently and utilize situational self-leadership when necessary
Able to setup appointments with prospective clients
Greet and welcome our meetings
Maintain communal office spaces and front reception area
Excellent vocabulary
Skilled at trouble-shooting and problem-solving
Roll up your sleeves mentality
Technologically inclined (Simply knowing social media does not equate to being tech savvy)
Strong work ethic, high level of professionalism, has integrity, is trustworthy and committed
