Not your average, stuffy Insurance office! We have a fun and casual team environment. Yet, we work hard and love our customers! The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates. Selling and cross selling our products.

Bilingual Spanish needed

P&C Insurance License &/or Life preferred or willingness to get it eventually.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, resilient, resourceful, and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Confident, self-starter who works well with a team

Professional phone etiquette.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Need to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel.)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Based on experience plus Benefits/P.T.O
