HIRING IMMEDIATELY - FULL TIME 40 hour - 5 day work week, Days TBD but we are closed on Sundays.
Customer Service experience needed, to provide exceptional service to high-end customers for our couture wardrobe management company. The position will be based out of our Westwood location.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, very clear English speaking and writing skills are required. You must be computer literate, detail minded, logical, able to multi-task, team player, ethical, discreet, accountable, dependable and can be somewhat flexible with work scheduling. Being fashion conscious is a bonus - professional and personable - the jackpot!
Experience in customer service is a must. Experience in the garment care industry, couture retail, or luxury services would be considered a big plus. We will provide paid training and opportunities for advancement to the candidate that can match the passion and energy of our exceptional customer care team. We also have a location in Newport Beach and someone based in between Newport Beach and Westwood, that could work both stores, would be desirable but not required.
Responsibilities include:
+ Building great relationships with clients (both over the counter and out on a route)
+ Servicing our VIP customers
+ Main responsibilities are in store, but some driving and deliveries will probably occur
+ Able to lift and carry multiple piece clothing orders - up to 30 lbs
+ Safely drive delivery vans - up to Sprinter sized
Occasional overtime may be required. Candidates must pass an employee-screening test and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. An extensive and thorough background check will be conducted - no exceptions.
Salary will be competitive and based on experience. Entry level pay begins at $15/hr to $20/hr based upon experience. High end clientele Customer Service and/or Delivery Driver experience would be very helpful.
