Calling all Customer Service Representatives within the banking, finance and accounting industries! Eastridge's trusted partner in app based financing has an exciting opportunity for 15+ Finance Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in the Los Angeles area! As a Customer Service Representative you will address customers finance and banking inquiries via live chat and email. Our client is moving quickly with a start date of June 17th! Pay: $20 - 23/hr
Schedule: Mon - Fri / 5 am - 7 pm & Sat - Sun / 8 am - 5 pm Must be flexible to work weekends!
Interview: Wednesday, 6/12 & Thursday, 6/13
Start: Monday, 6/17
Finance Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Must have minimum 2 years of experience within finance, accounting or banking
Advanced written and verbal communication
Strong ability to establish and maintain client rapport
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be a strong problem solver and think quickly on your feet!
Must be technically savvy and be comfortable with basic computer functions
Ability to address all internal and external customer interactions with the utmost professionalism!
Finance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and urgently
Communicate with customers via live chat and over email
Address questions regarding general account information - deposits, transactions, transfers, etc.
Maintain and update internal database with inquiry details and results
Ensure customer information at all times is kept confidential and dealt with a high level of integrity
