Ensures consistent sound inventory levels of the following merchandise essentials: plastic shopping bags (2 sizes), paper shopping bags (2 sizes), packing tissue, gift boxes, bows, gift wrap (December).
Ensures consistent inventory of basic, in-stock apparel so that at- or near- par levels a maintained, to include: Ladies solids, ladies outerwear, Mens solids, mens outerwear, and headwear.
Assist the Merchandise Manager for Shop displays in terms of display quality (depth, richness, product display, height, color, and seasonality), cleanliness, and refreshing/updating.
Assists in inventory counts at least once each 2 months, and manages shrink reconciliation along with Merchandise Manager.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
