DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages complaint records according to FDA and ISO regulations.The ability to solve technical customer service issues Receives and handles inbound calls and emails in a call-center environment to address technical and limited clinical support cases.Cultivates and maintains customer relationships through proactive engagement within all levels of the organization.Documents activities associated with service and support. Those which meet the criteria for complaints are documented as cases.Fulfill and/or assist with quoting and processing customer orders in accordance with warranty guidelines or standard purchases.Maintains high standards for customer satisfaction commensurate with the organizations status as a world-class provider of life-changing medical technology.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent experience, college degree preferredMust be Solid Knowledge of MS word, Excel, and other computer programs.
