We're hoping to find a detail-oriented coworker with proven customer service success that has strong analytical skills. We run a retail e-commerce site that has been in business since 1997, specializing in printing and imaging supplies.
Main Duties:
1. Helping customers via phone, email and chat.
2. Entering orders, invoices and customer data into Microsoft Dynamics GP
3. Adding and updating items on the website using phpMyAdmin
4. Adding campaigns, ad groups and keywords in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Skills and abilities required:
1. Extensive customer service experience via phone
2. Regular and punctual attendance is essential
3. Communicate with proper etiquette and grammar
4. Proven accurate and efficient data entry experience
