Our company is seeking a parking attendant for our locations.
Parking Attendants' Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet parking patrons with friendly & positive attitude
- Serve all customers with exceptional and outstanding service
- Operate customers' vehicles carefully when stacking, driving, parking or retrieving vehicles
- Assist parking customers with any issues encountered during their parking experience
- Ensure that all customer's vehicles have parking tickets
- Receive & process customer payments accurately
- Ensure revenue control with cash handling, credit card use, and equipment operation
- Maintain position at gate entrance and/or parking booth at all times, unless otherwise required
- Keep the location and booth organized and clean;
- Monitor parking lot activities at all times to ensure proper security, and report any problems to management immediately
- Complete an internal report for any vehicle damage and submit to management immediately
- Review previous shift report for pertinent information
- Complete a daily shift report and submit to management
- Direct traffic as needed
- Communicate and contact with Superiors immediately of any issue, doubt, or question
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Authorized to work in U.S.
- Fluent in English
- Good customer service skills
- Pay attention to details
- Organize and Responsible
