CENTRL Office is the Pacific Northwests fastest growing coworking Company; we provide high-end, full service, collaborative, flexible workspaces for startups, traditional businesses, regional office of national firms, small to large sized businesses, and freelancers.

We are looking for a part time Community Associate who will assist with maximizing efficiencies in the space, providing unparalleled customer service, and assist with executing member events such as wellness program, lunch and learns, and networking events, maintaining an extraordinary sense of community, assisting with running the day-to-day operations of the space.

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a unique experience to guest and members that distinguishes our co-working space. Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional experience by making every single guest feel welcome at the front desk.

Position Goals & Objectives:

Work with the Community Management team to identify opportunities to enhance Member experience

Deliver exceptional building level services within Operational Standards guidelines

Assure positive Member experience through quality cleaning practices

Perform all tasks on schedule with maximum efficiency

Identify and set priorities through clear communication with the Community Management team

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with Community Management team to achieve excellence in the delivery of services to Members

Cover the front desk during business hours, creating a positive first and last impression to members and guests alike.

Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, answer phones, schedule tours, and send confirmation email.

Greet guests and instruct them on envoy system to notify members of their arrival.

Handle inquires as appropriate and direct questions to the appropriate person.

Mail distribution and notify members when packages arrive.

Prepare and maintain:

- Kitchens (including the restock of: dish soap, hand soap and paper towels, make coffee, load and unload dishwasher, remove kitchen pantry garbage, clean out and organize refrigerators, wash coffee pots, etc).

- Conference rooms (including the restock of: dry erase markers, white board erasers. Prepare tables, re-set chairs, empty trash, clean windows if needed).

Restrooms and or shower rooms (including the restock of: toilet paper, toilet seat covers, paper towels, air freshener, q-tips and lotion).

- Offices (reset furniture for sales, set welcome kits out as needed, move furniture as needed for layout requests, reset/clean aluminum partitions, glass walls inside and outside offices).

- Common spaces (reset furniture, check for cleanliness, and arrangement of accessories).

Sales Support

- Provide tours when sales person is unavailable. Support sales and marking activities delegated by Membership Lead.

Events (as needed)

-Attend pre-event meeting

- Set up pre-event

- Execute

- Break down post-event

- Post-event analysis

Self-starter- able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction

Courteous and professional - able to perform tasks at hand when Members are on-site

Detail oriented- pays attention to details regarding processes and extra attention to special requests

Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning skills

Desire to learn and seek new challenges

Ability to work with a large, diverse group of employees and suppliers

Ability to lift up to 25lbs
