contractor now hiring experienced project manager with knowledge in all phases of construction project management from start up through finish. Must be detail oriented, organized, have strong communication skills, general computer knowledge, knowledge of architectural plans & specs, be familiar with current building & safety codes, possess the ability to work well with owner & clients as part of a team at multiple jobs.
Responsibilities include: obtaining bids & providing estimates; establishing & maintaining budget; establishing & maintaining schedules and their adherence; scheduling subcontractors & in-house employees and monitoring their progress; ordering & scheduling all job site materials; inspecting jobs to ensure quality, cleanliness & compliance; setting up job folders to include all necessary information; ensuring punch list completion and follow through with all project closeout requirements & documents.
