DescriptionA wealth management company in West LA is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temporary-to-hire basis. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be providing sales support to multiple Financial Advisors. Duties will include assisting in client accounts- answering phones, taking messages, opening new accounts, and responding to client requests. You will communicate with clients on items such as monthly statement and provide full customer service. In addition, you will work with the operations staff to prepare documents, develop reports, and meet deadlines.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in at a professional services firm. Strong communication skills, and operations experience are a must. Starting salary is $50k, DOE. There is high growth potential in this position and full benefits.Hours are 8-5PM, Monday - Friday.
