The Senior Solution Delivery Consultant manages the presales, architecture, design, development and support of scalable, application-sequenced engagement solutions to address the enterprise-wide opportunities of Avaya customers.
To be successful in this role you will self-starting team player designing and driving collaborative solutions across all types of voice and digital communication channels.
