The temporary Bookkeeper will work on-site in the Los Angeles, California area.What you get to do every single daySettle accounts by reconciling entries
Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Review payments received and record deposits
Oversee and manage general ledger
Requirements - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Microsoft Excel experience
Deep understanding of AppFolio
Expertise in bookkeeping
Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
Foundational knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP)
Previous experience using accounting software
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
