Develop an in-depth understanding of pomegranate businesses, supporting the strategic direction for our iconic fresh & arils brands and owning major components of the brand planning process and marketing budgetDrive cross-functional organization, planning, and execution of marketing programs (consumer and trade) to drive profitability objectivesUse available data sources (including syndicated data) to monitor and report state of business including distribution, brand share, promotional effectiveness, and category trendsWork with Wonderful's in-house creative agency to define creative, media, and PR strategies, providing direction for our marketing/creative campaignsProvide thought leadership in developing practical solutions to complex quantitative and qualitative problemsManage annual consumer media plans for our seasonal fruit products (POM Wonderful pomegranates and POM pomegranate arils) and pomegranate-based functional products, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of advertising plansInterface directly with business unit senior managementManage the brand’s innovation agenda with cross-functional partners to develop and commercialize pomegranate-based products (e.g., beverages, functional products, and other innovation opportunities as needed)
