Conduct business and carry out responsibilities that supports, promotes, and fosters culture and company values
Accountable for managing and delivering the support requests for assigned Business Unit and related requests. This includes the planning, documenting, troubleshooting, solving, and communicating of a variety of requests, incidents, and problems independently within multiple areas.
Strengthen Business relationship with IT by establishing strong, trusting partnerships within your assigned area of responsibility
Serve as the conduit between business partners and technical teams through triage, research, requirements, testing, and support.
Strong collaboration and communication with technology teams, business teams, vendors and subject matter experts to perform daily activities.
Collaborate with external and internal customers and vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutions.
Document in detail business and system processes and requirements
Lead assigned initiatives, communicate status, issues or risks to management and stakeholders
Creation and maintenance of technical and functional knowledge articles
Creation and execution of test plans
Serve as the business lead during incident on-call rotation, communicate with business and technical partners, track progress towards resolution and test for validation
Identify the business impact of system issues and facilitate communication as appropriate to stakeholders
Surface areas of opportunity for system and process improvements to address recurring requests and/or incidents
Engage with business partners to effectively understand and shape sprint prioritization
Engage and communicate with senior management as appropriate
Learn and train on applications across the assigned Business Unit’s technology portfolio
