Paramount Pictures is a subsidiary of Paramount, which connects with billions of people worldwide through its global brands including MTV, CBS, Paramount Network, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, BET and streaming service Paramount+.Job summaryThis position is responsible for providing administrative support to the President of International Theatrical Distribution & SVP International Distribution.Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:Perform all administrative duties for Executive, including answering phones, arranging gate passes, managing calendar, coordinating detailed travel arrangements (international and domestic), creating and raising Purchase Orders, and completing monthly expense reports

Create and maintain reference files for senior management with latest information on dating, comparable films, box office results and budgets etc.

Prepare, validate and issue competitive dating charts and other release date documentation

Collaborate with territory offices to ensure accuracy of film release dates and territory holiday information

Maintain and issue International Directory, Organization Charts, and team contact lists

Key point of contact for managing and updating SharePoint, and arranging access rights for scripts and screeners

Prepare presentation decks of studio line ups for CineEurope, CineAsia, ShowEast and Cinemacom and collate commentary from attendees

Source data from territories, consolidate and prepare reports and presentations as required

Establish strong relationships with territory Distribution teams, Film Operations, LA Marketing and external vendor and exhibitors

Ad hoc film research duties

Arrange meetings and coordinate regional conferences

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLSBasic qualifications:Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum 3 years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience

Have an interest in International Theatrical Distribution

Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Have a proven ability to organize and work well under time constraints with a high degree of accuracy

Highest level of confidentiality and discretion required

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the desire to interface well with team members, other administrators, and senior executives

Willing to contribute to overall team effort

Desired skills:Problem-Solving: Extremely thorough and detail oriented. Willingness to offer ideas and take initiative to improve processes

Passion for the entertainment industry

Experience working in an international environment with proven ability to communicate efficiently with people from around the world
