job summary:

Randstad Technologies, a global and national leader in the IT Staffing and Services industry, has an immediate need for an IT Engineer to support a rapidly growing broadcast engineering team.


We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who will have primary responsibility for deskside user support, assisting with design, maintenance and troubleshooting.


This is a direct hire role paying up to $120k. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

responsibilities:


  • Provide courteous and timely response to calls and requests for support of both onsite and remote stakeholders
  • Utilize ServiceNow to log, update, and manage incidents and service requests and record changes to the supported environments
  • Provide support for typical business applications such as Microsoft Office Products (O365), Citrix VPNs and remote desktops, Web browsers, and Antivirus
  • Provide support for VMware based Windows environments
  • Provide support for hosted 0365 environments
  • Image, configure and deploy Windows and macOS end-user devices
  • Perform Account Management functions utilizing Active Directory Manager within an 0365 hosted environment
  • Install software and applications via automation providing day 1 and 2 support
  • Adhere to existing and develop new processes and procedures set at the enterprise level
  • Ability to multi-task between processing tickets, various project work, and working with equipment
  • Assist with equipment moves within RSN office location(s)
