We are currently looking for an ITProject Lead to join the Country Business Tech US Team. The IT ProjectLead role will thrive in a team environment with opportunities to facilitate a robust variety of technology projects and services for the US Market. In this role, you can expect to be driving projects such as;leading network infrastructure change of over 500 stores, technical account changes for thousands of users, roadmap planning and communication to the market per project, leading software upgrades for POS of over 500 stores, leading Installation of new teleconferencing systems in offices, and store visits for testing of new products/services or follow up.

Overall Job Function: An IT Project Lead represents the link between our product teams and the brands & functions within a dedicated market. The IT Project Lead is the voice back to our product teams to help them build customer obsessed products that achieve the targeted effects and meet customer expectations in the markets. If there is a business value, the IT Project Leadcan also propose market specific adaptations of global products. The IT Project Leadcan be based in a sales market and possess a collaborative, creative and practical mindset that spots opportunities for Business and Technology improvements and seek tight collaborations with business functions in the markets to ensure successful and efficient roll-out and change as well as benefit realization and support of launched products.

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

  • Accountable for benefit realization, efficient operation & achievement of product specific KPIs within dedicated markets and communicate regular tracking to dedicated market, product teams and hub as well as internal & external stakeholders in markets and functions
  • Identify market opportunities and create commitment & understanding around the global product strategy with the different stakeholders in the markets
  • Ensure deployment of products to markets, if necessary, by dedicating roll-out and change team to support the roll-outs
  • Work with global product teams and/or the regional product leads to prioritize market needs across Business Tech portfolio of products Assist in the development of new products/services and enhance existing products/services to achieve product-market fit
  • Understand local market regulations and compliances to make sure products are in line with them and spot opportunities, not threats when market shifts
  • Collaborate with global, regional & local stakeholders in an inclusive and efficient way and build partnerships with local organizations and businesses to support dedicated market operations
  • Engage closely with development teams to balance scope and delivery timeline
  • Act as an escalation point for end user business units in the dedicated market
  • Support dedicated market with setting up budget, resources, communication, training, and change management when deploying a new or change of an existing product/services
  • Collaborates with product teams for synchronizing roadmaps and goals within dedicated market to ensure strong operational and organizational readiness within markets when rolling-out new and change of existing products/services
  • Promoting the agile mindset and culture across dedicated region
  • Manage market specific local contracts and vendors connected to products/services

Financial Accountability: Budget for development, testing, analysis, follow up and roll-out of given product/services within the dedicated market.

Qualifications

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

  • BS Degree and/or 5-7 years of equivalent retail experience in IT
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in information technology
  • Experience with Agile product development
  • Experience with Value Proposition Definition and OKR Methodologies preferred

  • Required domestic and international travel up to 20% of time
