At UCLA Health, you can do all this and more.As our Performance ExcellenceSpecialist, you will help advance operational and clinical improvement withinthe UCLA Health System by serving as a project manager, facilitator,consultant, and analyst. You'll facilitate problem assessment, datacompilation/analysis, team development, metrics design, and improvement implementationefforts. Using Lean, Value-Based Care Redesign and other approaches, you willsupport performance improvement while implementing the active daily managementapproach to sustain performance. At

least three years of increasingly responsible experience in hospital managementor hospital consulting

A

proven track record in clinical operations, clinical program development,planning, and process improvement preferred

In-depth

knowledge of all elements of health care delivery

Understanding

of patient and community needs

Expertise

in patient care delivery, accreditation standards and the development andmanagement of operational and capital budgets

Ability

to effectively integrate functions to achieve business plans

A

passion for quality, customer-centeredness, productivity and continuousimprovement

Strong

leadership skills, including the ability to develop a superior management team

Exceptional
