Discover why U.S. News & World Report has namedus one of America’s Best Hospitals!What will I be doing in this role?The Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) manages, plans,organizes and supports cross functional large-scale organization-wideinitiatives for Cedars-Sinai, in collaboration with senior leadership. The roleis responsible for managing the project management office (PMO) in guiding andsupporting the development and implementation of transformational projects toachieve operational and clinical efficiency for the entire health system. TheManager, PMO oversees and coordinates cross-functional work teams, marketassessments, literature reviews, consensus-building, data analysis/collectionand program development. Leads complex evaluations of issues and formulatesinnovative solutions that are both engaging and cost-effective to addressclinical, financial and operational needs. Collaborates with all levels ofmanagement and staff to implement strategies to support transformation efforts.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Healthcare/Public Health, Quality,Business Administration, a Clinical or other related field required.Master's Degree Finance, Healthcare/Public Health, Quality,Business Administration, a Clinical or other related field preferred.Experience:7 years Progressive Operational Leadership or Consultativeexperience in either a hospital or Health System setting. Experience with program development that relies uponthorough synthesis and understanding of clinical evidence/outcomes, processflow analysis, end-user relations, patient and/or customerexperience/engagement. Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solvingexperience.
