If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent Development to join our Learning & Development organization.Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation for the firm's talent development strategy and solutions

Collaborate and contribute to the evolving talent development strategy

Manage and execute the assessment approach for leaders on the pipeline

Review, track and analyze data and deliver recommendations in alignment with talent strategy

Coordinate and assist with System of Quality Control requirements around succession and talent development processes

Qualifications:Minimum five years of HR/talent development experience implementing/supporting strategic talent and/or learning solutions in a large, corporate environment, preferably within a professional services firm

Experience with technologies enabling HR processes such as succession and assessment, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills in data analysis preferred

Ability to analyze and synthesize data into reports and presentations

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and support team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders

Strong communication (oral and written), relationship development skills; ability to work with all levels within an organization including senior leadership

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines & milestones and communicate status while also being attentive to details with the ability to function effectively in a remote/virtual role
