What We're Looking ForJoin our growing West Division Marketing team! You will be responsible for leading the marketing effort of the Division’s most complex and strategic pursuits. You'll collaborate closely with pursuit teams, local and national leadership in developing win strategies on the biggest and most exciting transportation projects throughout California and Nevada. This position is remote (flexible) and will require collaborative meetings in the office as requested.Primary Focus Will Include:Working collaboratively to manage capture, proposal, and interview activities for complex mega pursuits

Support West Division Marketing Teams in winning new work

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possesses a strategic mindset and sound judgment.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Ability to build trust and influence others.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs.

INDWhat You'll NeedEssential Responsibilities:Writes/leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for the most complex and largest pursuits.

Oversees proposal activities, including leading proposal support staff teams, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, developing proposal outline, and working in partnership with the pursuit champion to monitor the progress of proposals.

Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages.

Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including partnering with national resources to drive HNTB’s sales approach, providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and HNTB.

Organizes and may facilitate pursuit strategy meetings.

Leads the pursuit team on presentation phase, including presentation coaching.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or relevant degree

10 year's relevant experience

Minimum of 5 years managing complex A/E/C proposals
