We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 3D Printer and Additive Manufacturing experience. You'll work closely with Project Management, Product Design, R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to drive development and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for products encompassing hardware, firmware, UI, and connectivity
  • Work closely with customers, key partners, and internal teams to define, develop, and launch the next generation of hardware products
  • Create strong offer differentiators with compelling customer value
  • Collaborate with Design and R&D teams to balance scope, functionality, performance, and time to market
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Design, R&D, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to drive development and release of products
  • Analyze competitors and their offerings to develop competitive strategies and positioning
  • Define, propose, and gain buy-in for projects, product line plans, and roadmaps
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) and evangelist for your assigned products
  • Analyze technical and business issues, generate creative options, and own the solution
  • Prioritize features and make complex tradeoffs
  • Track product line performance, analyze gaps, and drive action plans
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics)
  • 5+ years relevant Hardware Product Management experience, ideally with complex, multi product solutions
  • 2+ years experience managing solutions involving additive manufacturing
  • Experience collaborating and driving consensus across teams of 6-10 members
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that achieve key business outcomes
  • Experience with Stage Gate and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Well-structured written and verbal communication
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% when necessary
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • You have real-world experience with each of the expectations listed in section entitled "What you'll do"
  • MBA or advanced technical degree
  • IIoT, industrial internet of things experience
