Job Description
We're currently working with a company that is a leader in TV streaming across America, where they deliver hundreds of live TV channels, and thousands of TV shows and movies. This company's service is available on all mobile, web, and connected TV streaming devices where they average over 52 million active monthly users.

This organization is currently looking to bring on a Senior IT Support Technician for their headquarter office in West Hollywood. As a Senior level IT Support Technician, you'd provide expertise on various IT systems, deliver high level customer service, superb technical support for end user software and hardware, networking, server, and telecom support as needed. The ideal candidate will be well versed in MacOS and Windows Laptops, have experience with Google Workspace, and strong knowledge on help desk ticketing software (Jira service desk, freshservice, etc.) and Mac imaging and MDM software (Jamf Pro).

9 month Contract to Hire
Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in fast paced environment
  • B.S. in Computer Science or 6 years experience in systems administration/support
  • Strong understanding of MacOS and Windows
  • Experience using Google Workspace
  • Knowledge on popular SaaS Apps (Jira, Slack, Github, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk
  • Strong knowledge in Jamf Pro
