Title -Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist Location-Los Angeles, CA Type-Permanent Hire - Fulltime Job Description- Our Customer is looking for an experienced and sharp, data-driven marketer. Someone who can quickly dive in to test new traffic sources, supply channels, and run large-scale campaigns. Some one who is expert on paid search or Paid digital marketing. You will monitor and optimize sales performance on high-growth channels (Social, Search, Native, etc.), Identify opportunities and risks for growth, and present and execute on recommendations for improving the overall health of our retail performance marketing network. Expertise Required:
Build, stage, and execute campaigns across channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Native, and Content Syndication
Perform day-to-day activities, including campaign builds, performance monitoring, bid management, budget pacing, forecasting, A/B testing and more
Manage and support day-to-day Traffic Acquisition operations across various marketing channels
Work horizontally with team members to identify campaign objectives, define KPIs, and execute key campaign optimizations.
Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
Experience with the ideation, creation, execution and support of paid search campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.
Enjoys working with data, gathering insights and driving action from the insights
Advanced Excel and daily use of reporting, analytics, and trends too
Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment; ability to work well under pressure; ability to execute aggressive deadlines under changing business dynamics.
Familiarity with SQL/Perl/Python/R or any other complex analytical tool, Tableau or other data mining/visualization software is a plus
Description Legal Assistants directly support lawyers and may be required to supervise other legal staff, such as legal secretaries or file clerks.Legal Assistants should have computer and technical knowledge as well as strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.Three to five years of legal experience in a law firm or other corporate legal department may be preferred.
