A startup based in Irvine is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the first ever Bitcoin Mortgage Company. Their mission is to create a marketplace platform for Bitcoin mortgage loans. This role will be working to create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customers, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings. The ideal candidate will have proficient experience with UX/UI design and Figma.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience shipping UX/UI designs for digital products
• Experience with Figma
• Experience extracting complex topics to simple design language
• Knowledge of DeFi and the Ethereum ecosystem
• Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, information architecture, typography, and iconography
• Detail orientated
• Proactive and hardworking
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience designing frontends for blockchain applications
• Ability to transform CSS animations into designs
• Proficient with UX animation tools
• Over 1 year of experience in web development
• Experience working in DeFi, fintech, trading, finance, or related industry
• Experience conducting user testing with prototypes, surveys, and experiments
• Graphic design skills
• Branding/marketing digital asset experience
• SEO knowledge
• Conversion rate optimization
• DAO participation experience
• Active user of many crypto products
